Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact moving form that cultivates both body and mind and offers a wide range of health and healing benefits through slow, graceful movements combined with focused attention and deep, smooth breaths. With regular practice, Tai Chi can enhance one's physical, mental and emotional health. Tai Chi is a moving meditation suitable for everyone. In this workshop, we will be learning the Huang 37 form.

Lainy Yasuda is a Level III Advanced Qigong Instructor certified by the National Qigong Association of America, a Level II Radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong and Zhang Fu Gong instructor certified by Daisy Lee and Francesco Garripolli, a Shibashi Qigong instructor certified by Sifu Wing Cheung of the Tai Chi, Qigong and Feng Shui Institute, as well as a certified Tai Chi instructor. She is also a Face Yoga Instructor and an Advanced Soma Breath Coach. She has taught Tai Chi and Qigong at a fitness studio in North Wales UK, at the annual World Kobudo Federation martial arts convention and is part of the pain management team at Modern OT in Ottawa, Canada.
