PLAY GROUP
A co-operative playgroup for children aged 0 to 4 and their parents/caregivers. Adult participants take turns organizing crafts, snack and songtime.
Since we are just starting back after a pandemic pause we ask that parents bring a snack for their own child. We can discuss how we would like to move forward as a group.

*By purchasing your class online you agree to waive any claims on the Lindenlea Community Association or any of its agents or on the City of Ottawa or any of its agents in the event of injury that may be sustained by you while attending or participating in any event or activity. Acknowledgment: Although every effort is made to provide and maintain a congenial and safe environment for you, we reserve the right to withdraw any membership if the issue cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of the LCA.
Cancellation policy - Eligibility: Participants can cancel their enrollment within one week (7 days) from the start date of classes or from the date of purchase. Refund: A full refund minus administration fees of 7% will be issued if the cancellation request is made within this period. Procedure: To cancel, participants must submit a cancellation request via email or in writing
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval of the cancellation request. Pro-rated refunds will be given with a medical certificate should a refund be approved.
There are no refunds past the half way mark of the class.
Cancellations by the LCC: Unfortunately, some programs may be cancelled due to insufficient registration. In this case a full refund will be issued (with no admin fee) or you can opt for a credit. We make every effort to make decisions on these programs prior to the start date.
