We will be hosting a Women's self defence class at the community centre. This will be taught by Master Haas, who has been teaching Taekwondo to the
Lindenlea community for 30 years.
This work shop will take place on Saturday November 2nd from 1:30pm - 3:30pm at the Lindenlea Community Center.
The cost is $25.00 per person or $40.00 for mother and daughter.
