After a week of working your muscles start your week-end by releasing your tension and relaxing your mind and body. We will begin our Friday morning class listening to soft but energetic music encouraging us to move with breath and full body movements. This class will continue with a generous stretch component reaching the entire body and devoting enough time to attain our full stretching potential. We will end this delicious hour with fifteen minutes of Mindfulness Meditation.
