In this workshop, you will be introduced to a different approach to working in the garden. Learn postures and exercises that are"emergent from our history as a species and experienced during our childhood development" Phillip Beach. The garden is a great place to work on those exercises.
You will learn exercises as taught by Philip Beach, best known for pioneering the idea of "archetypal" exercises. How to stabilize the shoulder girdle and wrists from a Pilates perspective as well.
